Phly Thread G2G - 14 March 2016

One evening that every young lady looks forward to is the Phly Thread G2G night. On the 14^th of March 2016, ladies in grade 10, 11 and 12 had an opportunity to come dressed in pyjamas and have a good time.

2 ice-breakers were played to kick start the evening. The ‘human knot’ and human shape’ was challenging yet lots of fun as it took a lot of teamwork for it to work. The ladies seemed to enjoy it as the evening began on an exciting note.

Later on a karaoke competition was played between the grade 10s, 11s and 12s. The matrics were victorious but all in all it was wonderful to see how everybody expressed themselves vocally.

During the evening treats we given to everybody and we slowly gathered around in a circle to have our session. It was during this time that the young ladies spoke about issues that were common to everyone. We all felt comfortable around each other and the sisterly bond was formed.
